No experience is necessary and your training could be paid for by the department.

Training is provided through Lakeshore Technical College and department practices / drills.

​

Practices are held the 1st and 4th Monday of the month.  First responders practice from 6:30pm - 7:00pm and firefighters practice at 7:00pm.  Many times first responders and firefighters practice together depending on the practice topic.
